A Culinary Journey from Paris to Hong Kong

Inspired by Chef Lionel Bodros's celebrated culinary journey from Paris to Hong Kong, our mission is to honor the art of French pastry.

 

Each visit offers delightful treats and the intimate charm of a Parisian patisserie, encapsulating the magic of French culture, history, and the unparalleled craft of a master pastry chef. Chef Lionel’s initiation into the world of haute cuisine and pastry started when he was just 15 years old and has taken him from the vibrant streets of Paris on a remarkable journey through Michelin-starred kitchens across Tokyo, Saipan, and more, earning accolades such as the "Pastry Chef of the Year 2010/2011" at Restaurant Spondi in Greece along the way.

From Financial Forensics to French Pastry

A passionate culinary artist, Chef Polly transitioned from the world of financial forensics to the enchanting realm of food and beverage. Driven by a fervent desire to spread joy and affection through delectable delights, she partnered with the talented Chef Lionel to realize their mutual dream of establishing a French pastry and dessert shop in their beloved city of Hong Kong.

 

Her dedication to the art of cuisine led her to pursue and graduate from the prestigious Disciples Escoffier Professional Diploma in Cuisine. With Pâtisserie Millefeuille, Chef Lionel and Polly aspire to offer their patrons a tribute to French tradition, characterized by precision, and the harmonious interplay of flavors and textures in their pastries and desserts.
